1. Promotion Overview
The Roland Store Melbourne Google Review T-Shirt Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by Roland Corporation Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 29 003 082 951) of 38 Campbell Avenue, Dee Why, NSW 2099 (“Promoter”). The Promotion is a game of chance and is free to enter.


2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its related bodies corporate, are ineligible to enter.


3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 1 April 2025 and ends on 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”). One (1) winner will be drawn each month during the Promotion Period.


4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:
a) Submit a Google review for the Roland Store Melbourne; and
b) Complete the official online entry form located at https://www.rolandcorp.com.au/blog/review-us-on-google-to-win-a-free-roland-t-shirt


5. Prize Details
Each monthly winner will receive one (1) Roland T-shirt of their choice from the available designs as displayed in the promotional image. The Promoter reserves the right to update the range of available designs at any time. Some designs may not be available at all times due to stock or discontinuation. The winner may select their preferred size, subject to availability.


6. Prize Draw
A random prize draw will occur on the last Friday of each month during the Promotion Period, commencing Friday 25 April 2025 and concluding Friday 26 December 2025. The draw will take place at Roland Corporation Australia, 38 Campbell Avenue, Dee Why, NSW 2099 at 3:00pm AEST/AEDT (as applicable).


7. Winner Notification and Claiming Prizes
The winner will be notified via email or phone by the following Wednesday after each draw. If a winner does not respond or claim the prize by the following Friday, a redraw will take place on that Friday at 3:00pm AEST/AEDT (as applicable). Redraw winners will be contacted within two (2) business days.


8. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Sizes and styles are subject to availability. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s selection but makes no guarantees.


9. Privacy
By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purposes of conducting and promoting this Promotion, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.roland.com/au/company/roland_australia_policies/.


10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.



If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason (including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
